Decades of software engineering across product, infrastructure, and design. Comfortable moving between architecture and implementation — the kind of range you need at the earliest stage, when there is no one else to hand it off to. Prior experience shipping software people paid money for.

Why equity, not hourly

Because I'd rather partner with a small number of founders I believe in than optimize for hours billed. Because incentives shape outcomes, and I want mine aligned with yours. Because after enough years of watching consultants disappear the moment the invoice clears, I decided I'd never want to be one.
